Like an in-person training program, a good online personal training service will book you for a consultation. This is usually free of charge and allows you and your trainer to see if you’ll be a good fit for each other.
As a minimum, a consultation should involve talking about the following things:

Don’t be surprised if your prospective coach asks you to do a few mobility movements, too. An experienced physical therapist can learn a lot about your physical ability by observing you stretching and moving.
